Discover the art of traditional Chinese tea ceremonies while sampling delicious tea.
Tea drinking is an integral part of Chinese culture. Since ancient times, the simple pleasure of family and friends gathering to drink tea has been practiced to promote health and well-being. Savour the delicate fragrances, imagining yourself as an ancient scholar at leisure in their garden home! In this session, we will try two different types of teas, to compare and contrast the aroma, taste and flavour profiles.

Schedule: 45-minute sessions, every Saturday & Sunday

Véronique Vachon
With experience working for various tea shops, Véronique's tea journey led her to focus on learning and deepening the art of Gong Fu Cha, a traditional way of brewing Chinese teas. She is always looking to share her passion and knowledge of tea through brewing and tasting with others and looks forward to welcoming you to the tea table.
